Todd came to Mento as a brand new Junior Product Designer at Lowe's, with a non-linear path into the field and a clear goal to build the foundations he hadn't picked up along the way. Six years later he's still at Lowe's as a Senior, shipping work that's actually moved the needle, and mentoring two junior designers on his team, paying forward the same growth he went through with us.

Our work together focused heavily on the things designers rarely get coached on, like presenting yourself, communicating your decisions, and navigating interviews as a foreigner breaking into a new market.
